A New Beginning!

  



                                                  




     Hey there, lovelies! I'm back! Welcome to my next blog, I will be informing you all on my next project. Drum roll please.... a short film!! But before that, here's a little refresher of who I am. So, here's the scoop: I'm a Miami, Florida native, but my roots trace back to Nigeria thanks to my parents. I'm the third child in a family of six, split right down the middle with three boys and three girls. 

    Oh, and did I mention I have this adorable orange tabby cat? We've been inseparable for the past two years, and we bonded during the COVID pandemic when I fell head over heels in love with cats. 

    I'm not just a homebody, though; I'm super active in my community and at school. I'm involved in various clubs and activities, like the Peace Club and MindFULL Me. These clubs focus on students' mental health and creating a better school environment. I'm also a tutor and mentor, lending a helping hand during my study hall. 

  When I'm not busy with school and extracurriculars, you'll find me lending my time to my church. I am a student leader there, assisting during Sunday services and, when I am not in the sanctuary, I am helping out in the kids' ministry. 

  Now, here's something you should know about me - I'm a bit of a hustler. I've had a job since I could remember, dabbling in administrative work, hospitality, and retail. Experience? I've got plenty!

  But wait, there's more. When I'm not juggling all these responsibilities, I absolutely cherish my alone time. It's my chance to recharge and feel my best. 

  Lately, I've been exploring the Hollywood Boardwalk Beach, which you might recognize from my cover photo. It's such a serene place with breathtaking sunsets - my go-to spot for unwinding, second only to my cozy room lol.

  (Title Design)       Heyy lovelies welcome back to my blog. Today we will be sketching some title designs for our opening sequence. Since our movie is in the horror genre, I wanted to stay true to the conventions of giving it an authentic feel. Based on our pitch, we decided that our title is going to be called “Murder Mystery”. With our main title (working title) , I want the majority of the fonts seen to be red. I also want to add a drippy effect to the letters, resembling blood in a way for that scary aspect.   MURDER MYSTERY! For the color, as I said I want the font to be about dark reddish color for our main title. For certain credits, like the directed by, etc. the color will be dark and bold for example   AGM PRODUCTIONS.  I also wanted to be creative and make some of the titles different sizes within one word, such as  HoRrOR or hOrRoR.  It all depends on the color of our background.  The size of the font is important so that the audience is able to read the credits clearly.

My music video also being a heartbreak video, there was a big use of over shoulder shots, two and long shots.       Hey lovelies!   Let me spill the beans about my recent adventures in the world of filmmaking, specifically diving into the daunting task of crafting an opening sequence. Spoiler alert: it's been one heck of a ride, filled with ups, downs, and a whole lot of learning along the way.           So, picture this: I'm a newbie filmmaker, armed with a phone camera, an mission, and not much else. I'm all pumped up to tackle my first-ever opening sequence, thinking, "How hard could it be, right?" Well, let me tell you, it's like trying to solve a Rubik's Cube blindfolded while riding a unicycle.      First off, there's the whole shebang of planning and storyboarding.
